What are Kick Ass Hostels doing to prevent the spread of the virus?

We disinfect everything multiple times per day, especially areas travellers would normally touch, including but not limited to call buttons, light switches, door handles, toilets and showers, reception and bar counters, tables etc. We have an action plan in case of any suspected cases, and we’ve ran drills. We encourage guests to:

• wash hands with soap and water often – do this for at least 20 seconds
• use hand sanitiser gel if soap and water are not available
• cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze
• put used tissues in the bin straight away and wash your hands afterwards

Can I get information on who I will be sharing my dorm with and where they are travelling from?

Due to GDPR and privacy laws we cannot disclose this information. Rest assured we are following government guidelines to ensure guest safety.

What if I exhibit symptoms of the virus during my stay?
